Telenor will use AI to continue offering world-class services by discovering abnormal issues before they cause problems or fix problems faster when they occur. Since the critical data, systems and networks are subject to the security act, we need the AI platform to reside physically in Norway. The AI infrastructure in use today is in a data center requiring security clearance for access. The first implemented use case runs large language models on this infrastructure to assist software developers of systems subject to the security act.
