Telenor AI Factory is Norway’s first sovereign and sustainable AI cloud platform, built to handle sensitive data. Fully Norwegian owned and operated, it is dedicated to delivering secure, efficient and scalable AI services to Nordic businesses and public sector organisations.
We integrate with your existing ecosystem of data sources, tools and workflows, so you can scale AI without large migrations or heavy upfront investments. A secure VPN connects to your current processes and cloud environments, and you keep full ownership of what you build. Your data is stored and processed in Norway and it is never used for other purposes than your own.
Telenor AI Factory leverages Telenor’s 170 years of experience with operating critical national infrastructure. The platform combines powerful GPU-accelerated compute, low-latency networking and high-capacity/high-performance storage based on NVIDIA architecture, optimised for GenAI and other compute-intensive workloads. It is powered by renewable energy, with reuse of waste heat on the way to further reduce environmental impact.
On top of this infrastructure, we offer a developer-friendly environment based on proven open-source software. Teams get the tools and interfaces they need to build, test and deploy AI use cases securely while meeting strict requirements on governance and data protection.
